Responsibilities:
Developer working closely with the rest of the development team on an established suite of products
Maintain, enhance, and customize existing web applications, while proactively offering new solutions
Troubleshoot and proactively handle application issues as they arise
Documents programs in accordance with development standards and procedures
Get involved in the scoping, testing and subsequent rollout of the applications
Qualifications:
Strong web development experience
Experience in developing database-driven web applications using classic ASP (3.0)
Experience in developing database-driven web applications using ASP.NET (VB.NET or C#.NET)
Comprehensive understanding of HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, CSS, XML and other web technologies
Strong T-SQL programming and SQL Server 2000/2005 database development experience
Hands-on development experience on client-server and web-based software development projects
Experience using iterative software development life cycle methodologies (e.g., RUP)
Knowledge of source control software (SourceSafe or similar)
Soft skills:
