Number 41 Media’s support team is beefing up. We need an experienced
.NET developer who can tackle a client-reported error to the mat,
wrestle with potential fixes, and then neatly harness the correct
solution into place. This is not an entry level position; we build and
maintain significant applications within the health and government
sectors.
In this role, while interacting with clients and development teams, you will:
- Receive beta applications from project teams and assist them to define a support structure
- Develop, maintain or manage bug tracking, incident management, and troubleshooting tools
- Maintain application and deployment documentation
- Perform development tasks to resolve client issues
- Deploy upgrades and releases
- Provide excellent and timely customer service

Must have
- Either a bachelor degree in computer science, a technology diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- C#, ASP.NET
- MS-SQL, T-SQL, MySQL
- PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Ccode maintenance experience
- Enviable troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills
- An ability to research, resolve, and document code related issues
- A desire to stay current with the latest technologies to ensure applications are updated appropriately
- The desire and capacity to learn the ins and outs of existing applications
Nice to have
- Experience with Subversion (but not subversiveness)
- A sense of humour
